Bluebird Bodywork Studio is a Mat Based Mobility and Stretch Studio for and inclusive practice in body maintenance. In Addition, the studio is home to Performance and Nutrition Coaching with Wymberley Pfalmer and Albatross Weightlifting USAW. With two birds in one nest, the studio helps you maintain your body throughout the adult lifespan.

Bluebird Methods 1: Mat Based Bodywork Course

The flagship course for Bluebird Bodywork Studio and the beginning for all Mat Based Stretch and Mobility Practitioners. This course is a introduction to mat based bodywork and offers continuing education credit for licensed massage therapists. Bluebird Methods 1: is a prerequisite for any advanced courses for Mat Based Stretch and Mobility Practitioners.

Meet your Instructor

Wymberley Pfalmer is an educator and athletic trainer with over 20 years experience working with a spectrum of human connections. As a licensed Massage Therapist and Master Bodywork Practitioner, she has melded her education background with the functional aspects of manual therapies to create Mat Based Stretch and Mobility.  

Gentle Therapy

Gentle stretching and mobility techniques are the foundation of mat based stretch and mobility bodywork. It is highly effective for a spectrum of clients and their care needs.

Wymberley Pfalmer understands the powerful message of human to human trust and functional analysis used to assist each person under their care.
